Payment terms are Net 30 days from invoice date. Late payments may incur additional charges. All prices are subject to applicable taxes.

Subscription services require advance payment and are non-refundable except as required by law.

All proprietary tools, methodologies, and reports developed by Bin Yaqoob Cyber Security remain our intellectual property. Clients receive usage rights but not ownership.

جميع الأدوات والمنهجيات والتقارير المملوكة التي طورتها بن يعقوب للأمن السيبراني تبقى ملكيتنا الفكرية. يحصل العملاء على حقوق الاستخدام وليس الملكية.

Either party may terminate services with 30 days written notice. Immediate termination may occur in cases of breach of contract or non-payment.

يجوز لأي من الطرفين إنهاء الخدمات بإشعار كتابي مدته ٣٠ يوماً. قد يحدث الإنهاء الفوري في حالات خرق العقد أو عدم الدفع.

These terms are governed by applicable local laws and regulations. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration.
